Delivery
We know you’re thirsty, so we endeavour to get your Aptyv order to you as quickly as possible. This is why we offer free tracked delivery with Royal Mail (estimated 1-2 days) on all orders – so you can start enjoying Aptyv sooner.
We currently only deliver our products within the United Kingdom.
Returns
We only accept returns for goods returned to us in their original condition, unopened and in the original packaging within the 14 days cooling off period. Any items returned to us after the cooling off period cannot be refunded. We cannot refund opened products.
How to make a return:
1. Get in touch with us at support@aptyv.com to notify us of your intention to return your items and the reason why. Please include your order number when contacting us.
2. Place the item(s) in its original packaging and make sure the parcel is sealed securely.
3. Send the item(s) to Suite 6 Coalville Business Centre, Goliath Road, Coalville, Leicester, LE67 3FT.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original method of payment will be credited with the refund amount.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We can only refund regular priced items which comply with our shipping and returns policy.
