At Aptyv, we keep delivery simple, quick and transparent - no hidden fees, no complicated rules.

 

Free Mainland UK Delivery

We offer free shipping on all mainland UK orders, with no minimum spend and no discount codes required.

 

Delivery Speed

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days once dispatched.

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for reliable, traceable delivery across the UK.

 

Tracking & Dispatch

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery from door to door.

• Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Sat) usually ship same day
• Orders placed after 12pm or on Sunday ship the next working day

 

Delivery Exceptions

During peak periods or severe weather, carrier networks may take slightly longer. This is rare and your tracking will always display the latest status.

 

Returns

Aptyv drinks are produced to high standards and sealed for health and safety protection. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

Aptyv products are designed for daily use and shipped in premium condition. Due to strict food safety standards, opened beverages are not returnable under any circumstances.

If you’re unsure which blend is right for you, the Mixed Case is the simplest way to explore both.

 

Unopened Orders

If your order is unopened, unused, and in original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we approve otherwise.

 

Rare Transit Damage

It’s extremely uncommon, but in the event your parcel arrives significantly damaged during transit, we’ll make it right promptly.

We only require:
• Your order number
• A clear photo for our carrier claim

From there, we handle everything.

 

Taste Preference

Taste is personal - and part of the experience. Because functional beverages vary by individual preference, we cannot offer refunds or returns based on flavour preference once products have been opened.

Everyone experiences flavour slightly differently - that’s part of functional beverages. If you're exploring Aptyv for the first time, the Mixed Case is your best starting point.
